1. General conditions

1.1. Cupella UK e-shop sells light wood buildings and wood preserves. The production is manufactured and assembled in Põlvamaa, Valgjärv.

1.2. The terms and conditions apply to the legal relations between buyer and Cupella UK (Seller) regarding the ordering and purchasing from E-shop (cupella.uk).  In addition to these conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Products in the E-shop are governed by the legislation in force in the United Kingdom.

1.3. Products and services can be bought via e-store only in the UK and all export activity has to go through price enquiry or direct contacting.

1.4. The terms and conditions do not apply to legal relationships that arise between the buyer and the seller outside of the e-shop environment.

1.5. The seller may change the terms of use of the e-shop and prices of products and services without prior notice.

2. Prices

2.1. All prices displayed in the e-shop are in pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Prices are for the UK market only and do not apply any export transactions.

3. Products 

3.1. Photos displayed in e-shop are illustrative and may vary slightly from the actual appearance of the Product. The difference in color between colours, details, or mechanisms on products is the risk taken by the customer when ordering. For customs orders the 14-day right-to-return goods does not apply, in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act (§ 53 (4) (2) and (3) in conjunction with subsection 56 (1) of the LSA).

3.2. Photographs, videos and illustrations displayed on the e-shop are the property of Cupella UK, which can be copied or presented on other channels only with written permission from Cupella UK.

4. Making purchases

4.1. To make an enquiry please navigate to desired product and send the enquiry by clicking on the “Price Enquiry” button under a product profile page.

4.2. To complete the inquiry, the Customer must complete the inquiry form with correct data and submit it to us. Seller is not responsible for any incorrect or false data.

4.3. Sales representative will contact the customer within 2 working days.

5. Delivery and logistics

5.1. The transport of light wooden buildings is negotiated between the customer and the seller, and the costs related are not included in the price of the product.

5.2. For wood preservatives and health products, the customer can order the product by a courier service.

5.3. Before completing an order, the Client is required to verify the correctness of the contact information provided, to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Products. The Seller shall not be liable for delays and misunderstandings caused by the delivery of the Products, if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer in completing the order.

5.4. in case the Product does not reach the Customer in good condition and in sealed packaging, the Client is obliged to inform the Seller by sending an e-mail: info@cupella.uk or by calling +44 753 444-38-38.

6. Returning and exchange

6.1. For return / exchange of products, the seller must submit a withdrawal application within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The cancellation application can be submitted by sending a free email to info@cupella.uk. Returns received to the seller are accepted only with the application.

6.2. Replaceable or refundable Product may not be damaged or harmed, the Product must be in the package.

7. Claims procedure

7.1. Sold Items are subject to the 2-year deadline for submitting complaints provided for in § 218 (2) of the LOA.

7.2. In case of product non-compliance or defects, the Client undertakes to notify the Seller immediately, but not later than within 2 months after the error occurred, by sending the contact details of the buyer, exact description of the problem and the purchase receipt number to the e-mail address info@cupella.uk. In the event of product defect, please promptly stop using the product.

7.3. The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the unlicensed use of the ordered products, as well as the delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller and / or due to force majeure.

8. Other conditions

8.1. Disputes between the Customer and the Seller will be settled by negotiation.

9. Support
